Jodi Arbor Johnson
Team Lead, Customer Engagement Representative

Jodi, the newest member of the Account Management team, is a graduate of Middle Tennessee University with a B.A. in English and a double minor in Speech and Theatre, and Education. After graduating, she worked as an educator in Tennessee for several years before moving back to her home state of Virginia where she worked as an office manager for law and dental offices. Her additional experiences as a cavern tour guide, student patrol officer, and wedding celebrant have helped her hone her dedication to providing outstanding support in a variety of facets. When she isn’t glued to a computer screen you can find her watching movies with her husband, plinking away on the piano, celebrating at weddings, or relaxing with her two cats, Baby and Elvis.

Liam Conlon
Customer Engagement Representative

Before joining Alexander Street, Liam has worked in the fields of after school enrichment, programming, online content production, and SEO. Since graduating from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois, they have felt passionate about sharing new perspectives from around the world, so feel very fortunate that they have an opportunity to accomplish this by being a part of Alexander Street. When they're not in the office, you can find them writing and drawing their own comic book series, reviewing music, movies and games for Loser City, and keeping up their fitness regimen.

Manisha Kothari
Customer Engagement Representative

Manisha has nearly 15 years’ experience in the library and information sector. Manisha has been with Alexander Street for more than 9 years, providing account management and customer services for HE, FE and public library customers primarily in the UK and Ireland, but also across Europe and Asia. Prior to this, Manisha worked at library management supplier, TALIS, for 5 years looking after sales and customer services for academic institutions in the UK.

Colin Hay​
Customer Engagement Representative

Colin is originally from the west coast, where he pursued a B.A. in linguistics at the University of Washington in Seattle. He moved to the east coast a few years ago to see what it was all about and hasn't left since. He has previously spent time driving buses, being a day-camp counselor, and putting out fires both literally and metaphorically. In his spare time, you will find him dancing, organizing events, driving, running, hiking, and generally playing all up and down the east coast.

Sassan Hemati
Customer Engagement Representative

Sassan has nearly 19 years of customer support experience mainly in Academic and Public library. Before joining the Alexander Street team Sassan previously held different roles at ProQuest as Technical Support Consultant, Technical Support Lead and Supervisor and his last role as Client Relationship Manager helped him gain invaluable sales experience. He holds an associate’s degree in Microcomputer Business Technology from Washtenaw Community College (WCC) in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Sassan is an aviation enthusiast and holds a private pilot’s license. When not working, Sassan enjoys spending time with his family, going camping, riding bikes and playing sports.
